Tcl/Tk8.4.15

どうやら、Tcl/Tk8.4.15 が５月２５日にリリースされるらしい。

I've tagged the tip of the core-8-4-branch with the core-8-4-15 tag, and
generated these release candidate files:

ftp://ftp.tcl.tk/pub/tcl/tcl8_4/tk8.4.15rc1-src.tar.gz

Please test and report any problems in the Tracker.  I'd like to get
the actual release done for May 25.
